2. Visa Application form: handwritten, completed and signed in Blue Ink only 
3. 2 Scanned recent colour photograph. ( Photo Specification); 
4. Personal Covering letter: explaining purpose of travel to the country 
5. Original Bank Statement: stamped & updated for last 3 months with bank seal 
6. Income Tax Returns/Form 16: for last 3 years 
7. International Credit Card Copy: If available 
8. International Credit Card Copy: If available 
9. Air tickets: proof of return flight tickets from and back to your home country 
10. Hotel reservation: proof of accommodation for your entire stay. 
11. Guaranteed by a credit card or paid in full 
12. Travel Itinerary in Spanish: day-wise plan outlining all elements of the trip 
13. Travel Insurance: valid for entire duration of stay (preferable) 
14. Note: The Embassy/Consul General has the right to ask for additional information or documents and request a personal interview with the applicant
